Work Experience

2018 - 2021 (3 years and 2 months)

2021 - 2022 (1 Year)

I worked as Junior Resident at Government Medical College and Hospital, Ch. Sambhajinagar.

During this period I learned skills related to

  2. Plaster application,

  3. Treating Neck pain/Back pain/Sciatica/Paediatric deformities etc. conservatively,

  4. Management of Osteoarthritis/Joint Pain

  5. Joint replacement

  6. Arthroscopic surgeries,

  7. Etc., Orthopaedic related disease management

I worked as Senior Resident at Dr. Vaishampayan Memorial Government Medical College and Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Sarvopchar Rugnalay, Solapur.

During this period I applied all my knowledge to treat orthopaedic patients and improved my skills. 

2022 - 2023 (1 Year)

I worked as Fellow in Primary/Revision/Robotic Knee and Hip Joint Replacement at Max Superspeciality Hospital, Patparganj, New Delhi Under Renowned International Faculty Dr. Prof. Anil Arora, who is Guinness book of world records holder and leading Knee and Hip Joint Replacement Surgeon all over India.

I gained skills in Primary, Revision, Robotic Knee and Hip Joint Replacement surgeries and performed 1000+ Joint Replacement Surgeries and Arthroscopic Surgeries. 

2023 - 2024 (1 Year)

I worked as Chief Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and Head Of Department at MMDH, Shirur - managed  by Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune.

I applied all gained skills in Trauma, Primary/Revision/Robotic Knee and Hip Joint Replacement surgeries, Sports Injuries, Spine related issues, paediatric deformities, etc. to treat needy and poor patients. Here, I performed 1000+ surgeries.
